How an AI project with us works
Every project starts with a short discovery call about your goals, constraints, timeline and budget. From that we send a written proposal with a recommended approach, a fixed scope and a timeline, so you know exactly what you are getting before any work begins.
After you approve the proposal we collect your brand assets, content and references, agree a detailed roadmap and give you access to a shared workspace where you can follow progress and leave comments. You review real work at every milestone (prototypes, preview links or staging builds), and nothing moves to the next phase until you are happy with it.
Payments are split into milestones: a deposit, a mid-project payment and a final payment on delivery. There are no hidden fees; third-party costs such as hosting or domains are listed separately. After launch we stay on for bug fixes, small updates, monitoring and technical guidance, with longer maintenance plans available if you need them.

Most projects take between 4 and 12 weeks. A focused automation or chatbot is usually at the shorter end; custom machine-learning models that need data preparation and training take longer. We confirm the timeline in the proposal.
Is our data safe when using AI?
Data handling is designed in from the start: we choose models and hosting that fit your privacy requirements, limit what data each system can access, and build on the same security practices as the rest of our software.
Do we need our own data science team?
